1. About this service

This website (https://cryptopayments.algonodetrade.com) is the dedicated cryptocurrency payment and settlement gateway of ALGO NODE TRADE. It enables customers to pay for ALGO NODE TRADE trading challenges and enables authenticated traders to deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency to and from their trading accounts.

2. No regulatory claims

ALGO NODE TRADE makes no representation that this service is exempt from, or authorised under, any specific financial-services regulation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of crypto payment services is lawful in your jurisdiction and that access to crypto payment services is not prohibited to you under applicable law.

3. Crypto payments

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. You must send the exact asset, on the exact network, to the exact destination address displayed on your invoice. Sending a different asset, a different network, or an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds. ALGO NODE TRADE is not liable for funds sent in error outside of the displayed payment instructions.

4. Fees

Payment, network, withdrawal and provider fees are configurable and are displayed transparently on the invoice or withdrawal page before you confirm. The total amount you pay includes all applicable fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to balance validation, compliance screening, risk checks, and configurable approval workflows. ALGO NODE TRADE may delay, suspend, or reject a withdrawal where required by law, risk, or its compliance programme. The browser never directly controls treasury wallets.

6. Refunds

Refund destinations must be explicitly confirmed. We never automatically refund to the source address of a payment. Refunds are processed via the configured custody workflow.

7. Custody

Funds are held by the configured custody provider. ALGO NODE TRADE does not guarantee the availability of any specific custody provider and may change custody arrangements in accordance with its risk management.

8. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. The value of a payment can change between the moment you initiate a transaction and the moment it settles. ALGO NODE TRADE is not liable for changes in cryptocurrency value during the settlement window.

9. Changes to these terms

ALGO NODE TRADE may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
