1. What we collect

The payment gateway collects the minimum information needed to process your payment: a customer reference and an account reference passed by the ALGO NODE TRADE platform, the asset and network you selected, the destination address, the transaction hash, the amount paid, and audit metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp).

2. What we do NOT collect

The gateway never asks for, stores, or processes passwords for the main platform, private keys, wallet seeds, or full sensitive tokens. API credentials for server-to-server integrations are stored hashed or encrypted.

3. Blockchain data

Blockchain transactions are public. The gateway records transaction hashes, amounts, and addresses needed to attribute payments to your account. This data may be retained for legal and reconciliation purposes.

4. Logs

Structured logs are retained for security, audit, and operations. Sensitive fields are masked in logs (e.g. tokens, secrets). Logs do not contain private keys or wallet seeds.

5. Sharing

We share data with the configured custody and compliance providers strictly for the purpose of processing your payment and meeting regulatory obligations.
